We're sorry to see you go. You can request permanent deletion of your BioSnap account and associated data at any time.
How to request deletion
Send an email to the address below from the email tied to your BioSnap account. Include your username so we can verify your identity.

- Your account profile (username, email, avatar, password hash).
- Your animal collection, captures, ratings, and battle history.
- In-game currency balances, chest history, and store activity.
- Uploaded photos and identification history tied to your account.
- Device identifiers and gameplay analytics linked to your account.
What may be retained
We may retain limited information where required by law, for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or in anonymized/aggregated form that cannot be linked back to you. Records of completed in-app purchases may also be kept for accounting and tax compliance.
Timeline
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your account has been deleted. In-game currency, items, and progress are non-refundable and will be permanently lost.
Before you delete
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you only want to take a break, you can simply sign out of the app instead.
